Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and growth.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
- Oversee content creation, including website, blog, email marketing, and social media to ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design, develop, and implement SEO and SEM strategies.
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is updated, optimized, and user-friendly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Innovative Renal Care is always ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing,
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
