Job Description
Work closely with suppliers and production teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality plans, conducting process audits, and identifying areas for improvement. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met during the development and launch of new products.
- Coordinate with purchasing/manufacturing on supplier quality issues
- Oversee supplier MRB and corrective action process
- Maintain supplier quality metrics
- Assist in preparing sampling plans, FMEAs, control plans
- Develop test methods and related procedures
- Conduct and/or oversee product testing during product development and into production
- Conduct training with Quality Technicians as required
- Maintain test records (electronic and hard copy) for easy retrieval
- Perform detailed data analysis and prepare reports
- Support customer-specific requests including, but not limited to, testing, product certs (COC) and related test data
- Quality plan development
