We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating our eCommerce and content platforms, handling content changes, and coordinating various marketing tasks. The role requires strong organizational ability, communication skills, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and manage all eCommerce landing pages, category pages and product pages in Shopify.
  • Manage content updates, including text, images, and videos, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Shopify and WordPress.
  • Add, edit and remove products from Shopify and ensure product listings are accurate.
  • Coordinate the research, procurement, and delivery of customer appreciation gifts, holiday gifts, and other marketing giveaways.
  • Source and manage corporate branded apparel and promotional items, negotiating with vendors to secure competitive pricing and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to design, source, and manage corporate event signage and other promotional materials.
  • Help with asset management, including the proper filing and organization of images, videos, and other media assets.
  • Assist in resizing images as needed for website, social and promotional use.
  • Ensure that all marketing assets are easily accessible and well-organized.
  • Follow up with content contributors to ensure deliverables are provided on time and meet quality standards.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks for the Marketing department, including tracking and following up on assigned tasks in project management tools like Wrike.
  • Support the development and management of the content and promotional calendar, contributing ideas and research.
  • Coordinate with content contributors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a marketing role with experience in Shopify and Wordpress required.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with asset management (Bynder) and promotional item procurement is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively, in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders;
  • Motivated self-starter, with an ability to prioritize work and a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong writing and editing skills, both technical and creative. Sales copywriting experience preferred.

Work Schedule

This position is a hybrid onsite/remote opportunity: 2 days onsite. Hours are typically 8AM to 5PM.
