Our client, an asset management firm based in New York, NY, is seeking an individual to assist with developing a first-class corporate travel program firmwide. This individual will be required to assess the current travel program and institute changes that align with senior management’s strategic vision. This includes renegotiating travel contracts with air, hotel, ground, and rail vendors, analyzing employee travel and associated expenses, and developing reporting to senior management. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Corporate Services, ideally within a financial services firm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Procurement and/or Corporate Services related experience.
  • Strong knowledge/experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and collaborate with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and management.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes for travel, including expense management.
