We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Financial Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes within the organization. The role entails developing financial models, forecasting future trends, and providing insights into potential risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning purposes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial databases and ERP systems.
