Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Analyst to support our Marketing and Sales teams by providing data-driven insights that will shape our business strategy. This role involves working closely with the COO and CFO, focusing on marketing reporting, analytics, and sales metrics through Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, a strategic mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics.
  • Analyze sales data using Salesforce to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and drive customer acquisition.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting decision-making processes.
  • Continuously refine and improve data collection and reporting methodologies.
  • Manage ad hoc analytical projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytical role, with a focus on marketing and sales metrics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Expert in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and complex data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
