Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client’s team. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a seasoned financial executive who excels in driving financial strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accurate and actionable financial information.
  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Manage audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify, assess, and manage financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets and financial health.
  • Implement and enhance financial controls, systems, and processes to improve operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Communicate financial performance and strategy effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and risk management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to drive financial strategy and manage complex financial operations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a finance team while working collaboratively with other executives and stakeholders.
