Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights during monthly business reviews with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of the North American sales plan.
  • Develop strong retailer partnerships and long-term strategies to grow the brand's equity.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges, creating strategies to maximize sell-through, profit, and market share.
  • Drive space, location strategy, merchandising, and retail marketing execution.
  • Manage monthly revenue plans, communicating risks and opportunities effectively.
  • Lead and manage the Field Sales team, providing guidance, support, and training.
  • Develop market strategies, optimize field location, and enhance business acumen within the team.
  • Oversee accurate and reliable demand forecasts at SKU level for North American retail.
  • Partner with the CEO and Operations team to review KPIs, uncover risks, and seize opportunities.
  • Champion company culture and core values, fostering a high-performance, accountable team environment.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working with Sephora
  • Extensive experience within the beauty/cosmetics experience
  • Experience in sales, account management and field management, with a focus on consumer goods.
  • Proven sales leadership, strong stakeholder relationship building, analytical skills, and experience managing P&Ls.
