  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

VOZ Job Description: E-Commerce and Operations Coordinator

  • Manage inventory counts and transfers in Shopify
  • Manage fulfillment for e-commerce and wholesale orders
  • Process online orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Customer service support
  • Operations such as organizing, administration, supplies, errands
  • Introduction to online digital marketing and social media
  • Production and Design errands in garment district
  • Support stylist pulls and VIP loans
  • Occasional photoshoot support (planning, casting, and assistant styling)
  • Monitor and maintain luxury quality of stock (such as steaming, dry cleaning, and QC)
  • Work closely with founder to assist with tasks as needed

Starting Schedule:

  • 15-20 hours a week
  • Flexible schedule
  • No nights or weekends necessary

Qualifications

  • Highly organized self starter, with critical eye for quality.
  • Neat person with high aesthetic standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent Excel skills.
  • Fashion experience is preferred. This job would be great a fashion, fashion business, or fashion merchandising student.
  • Social media and digital marketing skills are a plus.
