Position: Remote CAD Estimator/Project Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote CAD Estimator/Project Manager. This role requires expertise in project takeoffs, drawings, permits, submittals, and invoicing. You will have the autonomy to manage your workflow and will need to proactively communicate with team members and clients to ensure smooth project progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform project estimating and takeoffs, ensuring accurate measurements and costs.

• Create and review technical drawings using CAD software.

• Manage permit applications and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Prepare and submit project submittals and process invoices.

• Maintain extreme attention to detail throughout all project phases.

• Move quickly and independently to resolve any project roadblocks.

• Proactively communicate with the team to keep the project on track and avoid delays.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in CAD software.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on details.

• Autonomous worker who can manage tasks and timelines independently.

• Effective and proactive communicator.

• Ability to work remotely and set your own schedule.
