  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Technical Source is currently looking for a Product Quality Representative for our healthcare client in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience within Information Technology and networking. This is a fully remote opportunity on the East Coast Second Shift (1pm-10pm EST).

Responsibilities of the Product Quality Representative include:

  • Experience remotely troubleshooting, including networking and server troubleshooting
  • Identify customer issues in a timely manner and assist or escalate upwards
  • Engage in customer interaction verbally and written communication on a daily basis
  • Ability to work any shift within 24x7x365

Qualifications of the Product Quality Representative include:

  • Experience in Networking and Databases
  • 4+ years of experience within an Technical Support Tier 2
  • Strong communication and ability to interface with senior leadership and customers
  • Certifications desired, but not required are A+, N+, MCP, MCSA, CCNA, Azure, Cisco, etc.

Compensation for the Product Quality Representative includes:

  • $30-$32 an hour based on experience
  • Medical, dental and vision benefits
  • No Corp to Corp (C2C) or Visa sponsorships at this time
