We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Business Analyst to join our leading healthcare client's team, working onsite to support critical deployment operations across the organization. This role involves integrating ServiceNow and ICD systems, managing work orders, and communicating with customers to ensure efficient scheduling and oversight of deployments. The ideal candidate must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for C2 clearance, with experience in data reporting, analysis, and the use of ServiceNow, Excel, IBM/ICD, and Outlook. Strong customer service skills, adaptability, and organizational capabilities are key to success in this position.

  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen (C2 clearance eligibility required)

Responsibilities:

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems and departments to support regular, cyclical, and ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Research and resolve issues within the inventory system and assist with the integration of ServiceNow to streamline current work processes.
  • Provide oversight of workstation deployments, managing work schedules, and coordinating with customers to ensure timely execution.
  • Summarize findings from statistical models and present reports to management.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to communicate results and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; OR
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field plus 2 years of reporting and data analysis experience; OR
  • 4 years of relevant reporting and data analysis experience.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.

  • Experience with SAS and/or DB2, or other relational databases.
  • Negotiation or persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of ICD9/CPT4 coding is a plus.

The WSS Central Deployment team is responsible for managing and coordinating workstation deployments across the organization. They play a crucial role in scheduling, data analysis, and integration of systems such as ServiceNow and ICD. By researching and resolving inventory system issues, the team ensures smooth operational workflows and efficient deployment processes.
