Job Description
- Reports to Accounting Manager
- General Duties
- Receives, verifies, and enters invoices into ERP
- Processes three-way match
- Obtains appropriate approvals
- Processes expense reports
- Employee manual
- Company Credit Card
- Facilitates payments
- Paper Checks
- ACH/Wires
- Records Auto debits from bank in ERP
- Corresponds with vendors and internal departments
- Processes Ecommerce transactions
- Record Fees
- Revenue Recognition
- Payment Recording
- Other related duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft office Suite
- Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier/scanner
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally at all times
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
- High school diploma or equivalent required: Associates or bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
