Nasdaq’s Investor Engagement practice is a global group of consultative analysts focused on helping companies identify, attract, and maintain long term capital in their shareholder bases. Engagements may include supporting companies with investor targeting, helping companies optimize their sell-side relationships, and providing data to help companies maximize the return on their investor engagements.

  • Advise public company investor relations and management teams on investor outreach strategies and execution
  • Identify investor targets for clients to engage with, based on understanding of buy-side investor qualities, sector/peer investment trends, and investment potential
  • Provide proactive insight into conferences, NDRs and direct outreach, as well as PMs and analysts for company engagement
  • Research buy-side investors/capital markets trends
  • Create presentation materials for client discussions
  • Must be comfortable spending time in Excel models one minute, then shifting to a call to advise a public company the next minute
  • Comfort in a client facing role, particularly with C-Suite teams
  • Passion for problem solving and expanding one’s skillset
  • Very strong analytical and quantitative skills; exceptional use of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
  • Solid understanding of, and interest in, the capital markets
  • Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the capital markets
