Position Overview

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in defining the overall strategy for our web, email, and social channels, with a focus on conversion optimization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring paid digital programs that boost awareness, drive qualified leads, and increase sales pipeline. As paid digital programs are relatively unchartered territory for Rewst, this role requires an analytical, entrepreneurial thinker willing to embrace a test-and-learn approach to uncovering new customer acquisition channels and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership to develop integrated digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

Design, execute, and measure paid digital programs, optimizing budget allocation and bid strategies across different platforms.

Define our overall website strategy, collaborating with various teams to design and implement ongoing website updates to support our traffic and conversion goals.

Help refine our approach to email and manage the execution of various marketing emails, newsletters, sequences, etc. with a focus on A/B testing, database segmentation, etc.

Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments.

Define our social media strategy and work with the Content team to execute on a consistent calendar.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media/PPC.

Experience with B2B SaaS startups a must. MSP industry experience a plus.

Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

Attention to detail and strong project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
