The Sales & Production Coordinator assists the division with scheduling projects, tracking progress and expenses, and communicating with other team members, performing various tasks described in more detail below.

As a Sales & Production Coordinator,you would be responsible for:

  • Provide support to coordinate daily operations of other employees in the department
  • Daily entry of crew members’ time intoSingleOps
  • Answering customer phone calls and scheduling leads and appointments for Sales Team/Management
  • Enter Leads, Jobs into the system as needed and assisting with Scheduling
  • Deliver regular reporting to ensure key stakeholders are kept abreast of project statuses
  • Support the delivery of change and communication activities associated with current projects
  • Manage and accurately track all clients, contracts, invoicing, expenses, and data management associated with projects in the division
  • Serves as a project liaison to other team members and divisions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
