Key Responsibilities

You will have strong cross functional experience to create positive alignment between IT delivery and Supply Chain operations surrounding Kinaxis technologies.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of supply chain IT applications, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades. Understanding of the application design, the as-built configuration and operational support model, including associated run books covering deployment and support standards
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Manage total cost of ownership of applications by planning and sponsoring maintenance, upgrade and decommission activity
  • Support or lead Implementation and Operation of new Supply Chain functionality and ensure that it remains aligned to the current and future business needs in terms of functionality and operational performance.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for improvements in the application estate and work to drive a reduction in problems by engaging with business teams and vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT application management or IT delivery with Kinaxis technologies within Supply chain industry
  • Create strong user stories for technology roadmaps
  • Clear experience of managing large scale IT Transformations
  • Strong communicator with the ability to communicate technical issues in a simplistic manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload, while contributing to wider team goals
  • Extensive experience with Kinaxis Applications Implementation and Support Life-cycle and how this is used to support core business capabilities & processes for Supply Chain
  • Experience with Microsoft ERP (Business Central) beneficial
  • Experience in managing Vendors essential to drive efficiencies in service/cost
  • Business Analysis - document Functional Specifications, Requirements, User Journeys, Product Backlogs & Business Processes across - Supply Chain - Order to Invoice - 2 to 3 years experience
  • System and Data Analysis - lead functional and data analysis to enable design and to define solutions utilize standard features & functions - limiting the need for custom or bespoke development
  • Managing and leading testing activities

Key interfaces:

  • Engagement with Supply Chain Functional Leaders, Process owners, Super users
  • Engagement with IT Managers for IT Infrastructure, Local IT, Security, Service Management
  • External Software and Service vendors
