Job requirements

1. Subject Matter expert in Telecom OSS/BSS and in specific transformational experiences in the area of
1. Order Management
2. Customer Management
3. Service Assurance
4. Network design and operations
5. Wholesale Products, Enterprise Products and Retail products Covering but not limited to DSL, Fiber, POTS to SDWAN, MPLS, CoLocation, SONET etc
2. Good Architecture Knowledge and experience. In specific working with some COTs products and deciding on Customization vs OOTB
3. Very good communication skills with ability to speak to both business users and technical team to capture requirements and articulate solution
4. Should have working knowledge and experience in US Market
5. Created Enterprise Architecture documents
6. Created and Maintained Tech Debt and defined strategy to reduce tech debt
7. Worked in complex end to end transformation engagements in the Order Management and Service Assurance space
8. Worked in Performance optimization and understanding of the performance challenges
9. Service now knowledge is desirable in specific modules like FSM / TSM
10. Understanding of TMF framework is desirable
