Overview:

We are seeking an IV&V Analyst who will work with our client on a State of Florida technical and Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) project. This project will provide oversight and recommendations to help the State of Florida with implementing a complex regulatory and licensing management system. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of IV&V, project management best practices, and system implementation methodologies. Experience working with government licensing systems and/or the State of Florida in an IV&V capacity are also a plus.

Duties:

  • Provide enterprise architecture advisory IV&V services (i.e., assessing business architecture, data architecture, solution architecture, cutover and data migration, technical architecture, and/or security architecture) for design/configuration and implementation of a regulatory and licensing system.

  • Provide technical advisory IV&V services for design/configuration and implementation of a regulatory and licensing system.

  • Support project managers and IV&V analysts in IV&V deliverable review efforts, including reviewing and providing feedback.

  • Support project managers and IV&V analysts in developing IV&V deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience providing IT IV&V services.

  • In addition to system development and IT IV&V experience requirements, industry certifications are acceptable to members have the necessary knowledge.

Desirable Skills/ Experience:

  • Past work with the State of Florida

  • Experience with IV&V services in State of Florida

  • Experience with any state licensing systems projects preferred (DMV, issuing fishing licenses, hunting, etc)
