Finance Product Manager

This Product/Project Manager will be in the Company Ops side of the house which encompasses the client's Finance, Legal, and Commercial Sales departments. They will be working on internal facing Finance products/projects throughout the duration of their contract.

Looking for 10+ years worth of Product Management experience and 2+ years worth of experience in Project Management experience. The Product Management experience should be Finance based experience primarily.

If the candidate has worked in the Consulting Industry, Fintech Industry, etc. then that would be preferred. Someone outside of these industries (non consulting or fintech is also ok...), or someone who has worked as a Product/PM in corporate setting finance area is also good.

They need to be able to create and negotiate product Roadmaps with people who are from a traditional finance/accounting background within client's teams, create product schedules, create timelines etc. They prefer someone to be close to Redwood Shores in California even though this role can be fully remote otherwise.

If this candidate ends up being in Redwood Shores then they could be going into the office from time to time. They only want candidates in the United States for now.

This role will be a 4-6 month contract based on their business needs with the possibility of extension and conversion.

Having great Communication skills is a key interpersonal skill that they want. There will be less highly technical/finance based questions that happen in the interview process.

3 interviews: Each interview will be between 30-45 minutes long. This candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in either Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
