Account Manager / Sales Manager (Staffing)

Datum Technologies is looking for an Account Manager / Sales Manager / Client Service Manager

Job Responsibilities - Hybrid Role.

8 - 10 years experience in IT Staffing Industry experience

At least 5 years experience in account management and generating new business.

- Responsible for proactively identifying new clients, while servicing and managing an existing base of customers.
- Creates long term relationships with our existing clients which includes cold calls, presenting candidates, work through interviews, negotiating rates, and job offers
- Responsible for building and strengthening the business relationships with current accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis & competitor research
- Develop and maintain a prospective customer pipeline within a targeted contingent labor spend category;
- Build & maintain strategic relationships, promote company s corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities and customer relations;
