  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Ensure all production regulated messaging applications are performing and providing a stable platform
Manage and support of all applications that enable compliant supervision review of electronic communications
Responsible for service delivery to all Supervision & eDiscovery users
Must haves:
- Data Feed Monitoring
-ticketing queue experience

The vast majority of the expected workload will be working on data feed monitoring alerts from an incident ticketing queue. Some network and SQL scripting knowledge is helpful, but not a primary skillset requirement. If you have someone who is able to research an incident to identify where the root cause likely exists and to manage the escalation to other support teams, that is more in line with what these positions will be doing.
