Network Engineer

**Hybrid | 4 days/wk | Engelwood, CO.** Our communications client is looking for a Network Engineer to join their team.

Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots and resolves complex field issues related to Access and CPE devices.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments of existing technologies to identify performance and capacity gaps.
• Establishes security, connectivity, and access parameters.
• Provides strategic recommendations to optimize network infrastructure.
• Tests and fine-tunes security systems and devices.
• Configures and programs routers and switches. Implements communication technologies for both data and voice.
• Oversees the management of network services from the planning phase through to full implementation. Requires extensive knowledge of routing protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies, and network infrastructure. Proficiency in scripting, coupled with advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, is essential.

Experience Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of routing protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting, coupled with advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of the DOCSIS and EPON standards
• Working knowledge of CMTS platforms including: Casa C100G, Arris E6000, Cisco cBR8
