Job Summary: The marketing coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of the division's marketing plan. Responsibilities will focus around the smooth operation of strategically marketing the KB Home product to the target audience within budget. Working with the sales team, this position will be responsible for community specific marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Event management support (including vendors)
  • Community specific signage and model home checks
  • Creating and maintaining quarterly marketing calendar, weekly marketing snapshot, and admin support for weekly KB Agency IO submissions
  • Accounts payable (for Marketing department)
  • MLS updates & weekly inventory updates for Realtors
  • Traffic reporting & maintenance of marketing materials (including website)

Education/Experience/Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Advertising, marketing or communications degree preferred.

Experience: Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-task oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (at least intermediate level)
  • Ability to work occasional weekend events/functions
  • Sense of urgency and bias for action is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Position is located on-site (7807 East Peakview Ave, Centennial, CO 80111)

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience, paid semi-monthly.
  • Bonus: this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
  • Benefits: Employee benefits available for this position include health care (medical, dental and vision) benefits, a 401(k) employee savings plan with Company match, vacation pay, paid sick days, and a monthly mobile phone stipend
