We're looking for a B2C Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about B2C and e-commerce, driven by data, and excited to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement email, SMS, and push notifications to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms like CleverTap or Braze to craft automated customer journeys.
  • Build A/B tests and analyze data to refine campaign elements and improve performance across all channels.
  • Understand and execute segmentation to build and trigger journeys and for personalized communications.
  • Monitor key metrics such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide regular internal reporting on performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email, SMS, and push marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to and execute on marketing objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in D2C, B2C, and e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Expertise in email service platforms (ESP) such as CleverTap or Braze, demonstrated by a history of successful customer onboarding and retention campaigns. Experience managing comprehensive multi-channel marketing initiatives (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar), with the capability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to efficiently prioritize tasks in a high-pace environment. Experience working closely with developers is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a knack for collaborating seamlessly across teams.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working independently within a remote team based in the GMT+2 time zone.
