DAILY TASKS & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in implementing the brand’s communications and marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate department requests and projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Engage with customer posts, comments, reviews, and social media questions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Help manage the influencer, affiliate, and customer review programs.
  • Assist with planning and executing photo shoots, sourcing props, and ensuring the distribution of new photography across departments and partners.
  • Maintain the organization of marketing documents and product photography between offices and accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and a working knowledge of their management.
  • Detail-oriented with a critical eye for accuracy.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with various teams, while managing multiple priorities.
