  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Project Manager – Airport & Healthcare Construction

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $170,000 - $230,000 (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead high-value Airport and healthcare construction projects in the New York area. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, managing teams, schedules, and budgets while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale construction projects in both Airport and Healthcare sectors.
  • Lead project teams and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Monitor progress, handle project reporting, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within Airport and/or Healthcare construction.
  • Proven track record managing high-value projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant New York building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
