Job Title: Contract Senior Analyst

Job Location: Lake Mary, FL, 32746 Hybrid (This hybrid position will start as remote, but candidates must be willing to return to the Lake Mary, FL office when asked.)

Duration:05 + Month

Training Schedule (First Two Weeks): Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM-PM EST

  • In-Office Days: -Tuesday and Wednesday (Mandatory)
  • Flex Day: Choose one of the following: Monday, Thursday, or Friday

Note:

  • Candidates need to be located within the Lake Mary, FL area.
  • Remote Work Requirements: While the position starts remotely, candidates must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.

Duties:

  • Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Contracts job family. Completes day-to-day Contract tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
  • Tasks involve a degree of planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Represents the organization as a consultant to sales, employers, and brokers regarding the interpretation of benefits. Implements new accounts.
  • Review benefits to ensure standard benefits were sold and can be accommodated by our systems. May act as a Technical Coach, providing desk-level coaching and identifying opportunities to improve overall operational performance. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Contracts.
  • As a Contract Senior Analyst, you would focus on strategic opportunities critical to the success of the company. You would manage complex Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract agreements, analyze contract performance, and ensure accurate customer pricing and membership.

What you’ll do includes but is not limited to:

  • Price and confirm membership loading for group and individual contracts
  • Review and administer manufacturer-pricing contracts
  • Maintain manufacturer customer eligibility lists
  • Communicate with GPO partners and manufacturers to obtain contract eligibility
  • Provide customer service to corporate account managers, GPO representatives, internal sales representatives, and manufacturers
  • Complete GPO audits and special reporting/projects as requested by specific GPO partners and manufacturers
