V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst 5 for our premier client in Lansing, Michigan.

Education and Experience
Top Skills & Years of Experience Required:

• Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s).
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance to the statement of work and/or other work agreements/contracts.
• Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use.
• Minimum of 1 year working on IT infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations.
• .Net code, C#, Angular - Highly Desired: 2-3 years.
• SQL - Some Knowledge.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Performs a complete range of IT assignments supporting the technical needs of business areas including, but not limited to, business needs analysis, Wishlist/requirements elicitation, participation in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, solution evaluation, coordination of activities with Program Area Leads, UAT coordination, and participation, participation in defect triage and testing, implementation support, and release management and maintenance support including training assistance.
• The Requirements Coordinator is a key contributor to BES's overall customer service and serves as a liaison between DTMB, Business Areas, and Third-Party Contractors. In this role, the employee is a champion for their assigned application, work to stay in compliance with DTMB policies and practices.
• As prompted by proposed legislation, enhancement requests, or changes in governmental processes or procedures, this employee will evaluate, document, and inform CLIENT management and supported business area partners of the impact and risks, to current and future applications as the need arises.
