  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator who will manage the-end-to end renewal process for an assigned list of software titles. This opportunity is located in Denver, CO!

Duties:

  • Work with resellers, vendors, sourcing and internal product owners; to obtain quotes used in the purchase and renewal processes
  • Review quotes for completeness and accuracy
  • Process quotes in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Update and manage accuracy of software records in the ServiceNow software contracts database
  • Monitor the progress of procurement requests and purchase order generation; ensuring that they are completed in a timely fashion
  • Ensure that the requests are processed with accurate financial treatment
  • Manage questions/requests from the user community

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 8+ years of work related experience
  • SAP experience
  • SharePoint experience
  • Working knowledge and experience with industry standard financial management applications
  • Strong communication skills
