Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
3. Proven experience with software integration and familiarity with various programming languages and databases.
4. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in leading and managing technical teams.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Familiarity with the scientific industry and its unique challenges and requirements is a plus.
