Job Title: Risk Analyst (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess potential risks across various areas, including financial, operational, compliance, and strategic risks.
  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, to evaluate the potential impact of identified risks.
  • Monitor and report on risk indicators, trends, and emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the resilience of the organization to adverse events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Support internal audit and compliance activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) is a plus.
  • Experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools, as well as data analysis tools such as Excel, R, or Python.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey risk-related information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance
