Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of program updates and information
- Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging
- Maintain editorial calendars for programs, manage documentation and program collateral
- Maintain and update internal program SharePoint sites
- Drive brand consistency across all communication channels
- Event coordination and planning; managing suppliers and vendors/POs; organizing and preparing materials
- Manage annual event calendar
- Support collection of feedback/surveys
- Preparation of PowerPoints and maintenance of program libraries and resources
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
- 2-4 years related experience required.
