  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Vallum Associates is working with Commercial & Industrial Solar Developer/Owner/Operator that operates across 30 states in the US, employing a 100 strong workforce. With continued sustainable growth and development they have an exciting new opportunity for a Structured Finance Analyst to join their Investment team in Stamford, CT.

Reporting into the Head of Investment/Structured Finance you will:

  • Structure and execute tax equity and debt transactions to fund future investments
  • Negotiate transactions relative to credit agreements and tax equity partnerships
  • Support on matters such as due diligence, ratings, legal etc to drive financing deal closings
  • Interface with investors and lenders
  • Develop and maintain financial models associated with structured finance transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including but not limited to Project Development, Construction, Legal, Operations etc

In terms of requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Structured Finance
  • Preference for Renewable Energy related project experience (not essential but preferred)
  • Strong Financial Modeling experience
  • Good rapport building/relationship skills to navigate amongst multiple departments
  • Fulltime in the office (Stamford, CT)

Salary is between $95k to $115k plus benefits.
