Responsabilities
- Evaluate Applications: Perform a general evaluation of mortgage applications, including financial, personnel and corporate documentation
- Client Assistance: Help clients choose the most appropriate mortgage options
- Data Gathering: Collect all necessary data from clients, such as assets and debts
- Verification: Verify information and references by contacting the appropriate sources.
- Error Checking: Identify and correct mistakes, and investigate inconsistencies in the application
- Submission: Submit completed loan files for appraisal.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between loan officers, underwriters, and clients1.
- Final Review: Conduct a final review of the file before closing.
- Higher education in Accounting / Administration / Economics / Engineering
- Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor or in a similar position
