About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled QA Lead Tester to join our dynamic team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading QA initiatives, coordinating teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards in software testing. You ll work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and other testers to deliver error-free solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the QA team, overseeing daily testing activities and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and high-quality deliverables.
Identify, track, and manage bugs and issues, working towards their resolution.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior testers.
Ensure adherence to Agile practices and continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong expertise in manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with API testing, mobile testing, and performance testing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration.
Ability to work with offshore teams and manage multiple testing projects concurrently.
