What You'll Do:

As Employee Experience Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily activities of the office, liaising with external clients and office guests, and providing administrative support to our internal teams. You’ll partner with the People Operations team to create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment and elevate the employee experience. Each day will be a little different and bring learning opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for external clients, attending to office visitors, answering and directing phone calls and inquires in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and managing supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Initiate office facility repair requests with outside vendors and follow up through completion.
  • Manage office contracts including but not limited to Amazon Prime, Shred It, Cintas, etc.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company social and professional events.
  • Assist in managing a variety of employee experience initiatives, including wellness and recognition programs.
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and mailing and shipping packages as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires by coordinating desk space, new hire materials and supplies, onboarding schedules and I-9 verification.
  • Manage all aspects of the office’s space planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested.
  • Effectively communicate office announcements and changes to appropriate parties.
  • Monitor visitor access, maintain the company’s key fob system, and maintain security awareness.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
  • Support special projects across departments as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, People Operations or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
