The VP, JJT Supply Chain, MedTech Transformation Program is responsible for developing and executing the Technology Strategy for Johnson & Johnson's Med Tech Supply Chain $1.2B Transformation capabilities world-wide.
  • The position represents JJT on a variety of senior leadership teams, collaborates with senior executives, and provides strategic business advice to support the corporation's enterprise digital transformation in Innovative Medicine supply chain across all regions and functions globally.
  • The role is responsible for global program execution for Supply Chain business process transformation, including ERP, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, and Deliver - leading a large number of FTEs and an even greater number of contracted workers to deliver a 5-year pipeline of programs valued at over $1 Billion.
  • Direct leadership of and accountability for all Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Digital transformational change across our Supply Chain by leveraging next-gen SAP S/4 next generation Manufacturing Execution technologies to enable standardization of core capabilities, harmonization of our ERP landscape, realization of the value case, and further evolution of our digital capabilities. In addition, will be partnering with our Supply Chain, Business leaders, and Finance leaders to establish our integrated ways of working, roadmaps, and governance models.
  • Developing transformation technology roadmaps and deliver plans for all franchises to deploy capabilities at over 150 operations worldwide enabling business process harmonization and digital capabilities for all franchises across markets in NA, LATAM, EMEA and ASPAC.
  • Continue to enable digit acumen across our supply chain businesses to accelerate the adoption of digital capabilities across our business globally.
  • The leader will lead a team of 100+" internal team members and 400+ professionals and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of ERP solutions across our organization. The role will consolidate 7 ERP systems into one global system. Candidates will manage a budget of $300-$500MM over 5+ years.

Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end ERP implementation process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones. - Lead a team of ERP specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to optimize their performance and achieve project goals. - Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads and IT teams, to gather business requirements, prioritize system enhancements, and ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives. - Develop and implement ERP policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and ensure data integrity and security. - Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance ERP system functionality. - Serve as the primary contact for ERP vendors, managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements. Anticipate and manage risks to ensure delivery excellence and avoid disruptions to the operations

Program Leadership:
  • Will be responsible to develop and manage the Innovative Medicine ERP and Manufacturing Transformation programs executed in accordance with Sector (MedTech) and Enterprise (TranSCend/SigniFi) processes, ensuring programs are delivered to scope, cost, quality, technology and schedule requirements, while delivering planned business value.
  • Includes overall financial management of $300M over the next two years and ~$1B for the lifecycle of the transformation.
  • Determine global product and platform strategy, in collaboration with business partners, to streamline and automate applicable end-to-end processes
  • Partner with business process and product owners to develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan that enables the impacted functions to migrate onto the new platform successfully (i.e., Transactional data clean-up, re-labeling, physical inventory counts, etc.).
  • Develop and implement deployment methodology (Dev-Op model) to implement solutions across many waves faster, better and cost effective.

Operational Excellence:
  • Responsible to establish end to end run state operational model to drive reliability and operational excellence across supply chain technologies and echo systems globally.
  • Create connected digital ecosystems by working with architects to shape current and future state architectures.

Accountable for $50M run state financial operations and investment strategy required for life cycle management and all SC JJT technologies.

Talent Management/Development:
  • Establish and manage a highly collaborative, globally dispersed team of highly skilled technology professionals. Create an environment that encourages small, self-directed, customer-obsessed teams to accelerate innovative solutions in service of employees.
  • Acquires, manages, develops, and retains a globally dispersed team of highly skilled technology professionals.
  • Provide oversight to directly responsible direct reports on issue management, process improvements, as well as ecosystem readiness.
  • Grow and scale a diverse, credible, and agile team with the talent and technical expertise to identify, launch, and iterate the next generation of products in our portfolio.

Develop next generation talent pipeline to enable flexible and subject matter expertise to support our dynamic business needs across market worldwide

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred area of study in Business, Supply Chain, MIS, Engineering
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in technology-related fields
  • Supply Chain experience with strong expertise in end-to-end processes
  • MD Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in SAP or other major ERP implementations, manufacturing, delivery, and data domains
  • Proven leadership experience across functional boundaries with strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies, including a broad understanding of current system capabilities and limitations
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal executive presentation skills
  • Experience in working with multiple partners and priorities
  • Ability to influence and lead senior leadership teams
  • Expertise in Financial/ERP systems
  • Data/Analytics/Data Science knowledge
  • Independent critical thinking skills

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $188,000 to 345,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
