The Recruitment Support Manager is based out of our Downtown Louisville Headquarters. This role provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to Recruitment Support Administrators and Recruitment Schedulers that work in house as well as providing recruiting support to hiring managers and executive leadership staff in the field.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.

· Conduct presentations and trainings

· Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff for the recruiting team

· Oversees the daily workflow of the department

· Provides constructive and timely performance metrics and feedback

· Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, personnel.

· Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).

· Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start.

· Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.

· Provides day-to-day direction in all aspects of employment advertising, recruitment flow processes, field recruitment processes while using best practices, known processes to include the supervision of the recruitment support call center

· Serves as the designated expert on the interpretation of recruitment and onboarding policies or any issues regarding hiring employees in the company on a national level

· Develops and implements recruiting and hiring strategy elements for accounts at the national level.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Thorough understanding of state specific employment laws as warranted.

· Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Strong attention to details

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

BS/BA in human resources, recruitment, onboarding or other business-related field or an equivalent amount of experience and training.

At least five years of recruitment or HR experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
