As the Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you'll provide critical data and insights that fuel our growth and decision-making. In This Role, You’ll:

- Provide data-driven insights to shape our strategic plan for increasing market share.

- Analyze member spending on goods and services under contract.

- Benchmark contract pricing against competitors and identify trends to leverage.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including those for the Board of Directors.

- Collaborate with colleagues and customers on initiatives that drive revenue and growth.

- Help develop the organization’s financial plan and suggest proactive adjustments.

- Report on revenue, projections, and budgets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

- 4+ years of FP&A experience in a B2B environment.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in complex problem-solving.

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

Work Environment:

- Hybrid: Monday – Wednesday on-site in Amherst; Thursday, Friday remote.

- Primarily sedentary with extensive computer work.

- Regional travel is required for company-sponsored events.
