Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • As the Growth Marketing Lead, Commercial, you will be responsible for driving acquisition, experimentation, retention and engagement, and monetisation for client range of PCs, printers, peripherals, and services.
  • You will collaborate with Global Business Units, Market Marketing Leads, and multiple Centers of Excellence (Media, Content, MarTech, etc.) to create and implement growth strategies and tactics across organic and paid channels, thereby accelerating the global adoption of client commercial (B2B) products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate closely across functions including Marketing, Product, Insights, Go-to-Market, Media, Content, and Data Science to define strategy, build scalable growth models, and deliver data-driven solutions that delight users and drive business outcomes.
  • Create and maintain core Acquisition models – both qualitative and quantitative – for commercial products and services.
  • These models could involve demand creation, demand capture, ABM, or a hybrid approach.
  • Work alongside product marketing to develop or adapt content/assets for scaled and/or account-based programs tailored to the journey stage and account status.
  • Partner with Market and Country Marketing teams to oversee the implementation/execution of acquisition models across relevant channels, both paid and organic.
  • Continuously refine the acquisition models through rapid experimentation.
  • Forecast, measure, monitor, and report on the performance of growth models and campaigns against key metrics like marketing qualified accounts/opportunities (MQA/MQO) and marketing contributed wins model (MCW).
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to optimize the acquisition, activation, and retention funnel as well as the product onboarding experience.
  • Eventually, establish Retention + Engagement models.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in executing high-profile multi-channel marketing campaigns within the Commercial/Enterprise/B2B segment, with a strong focus on integrated marketing and account-based strategies.
  • End-to-End Connections Planning: A deep understanding of the Customer Decision Journey and how to build an outstanding customer experience to delight and convert target accounts and cohorts mapped to journey stages.
  • Experience in creating or adapting content/assets for use in account-based programs aligned with journey stages and account status.
  • Growth Expertise: Over 5 years of demonstrated expertise in building scalable and compounding growth models (ABM, demand capture, and/or Reforge), including one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one approaches, and driving growth for Commercial/Enterprise/B2B products and/or services.
  • Analytical Skills: You are comfortable with numbers and can analyze large data sets using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Heap, Amplitude, etc. to extract key insights that inform your growth strategies and tactics.
  • Cross-functional Execution Skills: You develop effective cross-functional relationships and collaborate with paid media, search, and content teams to drive the digital strategy for ABM (digital ads, paid social, content syndication, etc.) as part of these marketing programs.
  • You also help build web experiences and/or landing page experiences for target accounts / cohorts.
  • Learning mindset: You have a deep sense of curiosity and are constantly seeking to improve yourself and your colleagues.
