  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Zizatek, a specialty boutique firm focused on providing technology solutions to the Federal Government, is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager to join our growing team.

Founded by management and finance executives with a proven track record of building and managing successful, highly-motivated teams, Zizatek has since expanded to provide technical solutions to 13 federal agencies. We strive to be a trusted partner, delivering technological resources and results.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting Information Resource Management and Technology Services management assisting with tasks such as strategic planning, project tracking, development of documents and presentations. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) that requires on-site visits to our Federal client two days per week in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a team to oversee the design, management, delivery, enhancement, and modernization of the current network infrastructure.
  • Provide clear, detailed recommendations in both written and verbal formats.
  • Assist with technology integration across physical, virtual, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Prepare program plans, conduct contract cost analysis, and manage contracts, including the development of budgets and schedules.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Perform contract analysis, schedule reviews, and cost estimations, particularly in Service Portfolio Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • Experience with project management tools and developing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Knowledge of Service Portfolio Management.
  • PMP Certification is required.
