Position Summary

The Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness will be responsible for the implementation and execution of employee engagement and culture work. MSM is at the early stages of our culture and engagement work and this position will support the Director in the design and implementation of organization/talent solutions, grassroots culture work, and the development and execution of Communication and Change management strategies and plans. Year Contract – (15 hours per week) What you will be doing: Assist with the development and implementation of change management initiatives to support leaders and employees through organizational change. Assess and define the MSM employee lifecycle survey strategy to improve efficiencies and ensure alignment with institutional mission and goals. Assist with the development and the implementation of the employee engagement process, conducting employee engagement surveys through survey design, drafting survey communications, and developing action plans. Collate survey results and guide leadership on interpreting results. Assist with the implementation of the pay for performance strategy. Organize and track projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet intended goals. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development COE’s to develop, design, and implement an MSM internship program. Act as a collaborative partner within HR and across MSM community. Support ad hoc reporting, data, and training requests This role is critical in transforming our talent management strategy and framework with the ever-changing needs of our institution What we’re looking for. Minimum Qualifications

BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience; Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent management, culture, employee engagement change management, and organizational effectiveness Excel reporting and PowerPoint Proficiency. Experience leading and facilitating meetings Experience instituting talent management processes Experience supporting end-to-end program management and large-scale change management efforts Experience prioritizing needs with reason and solutions across multiple teams Ability to work well with others; encourages others to build strong working relationships Strong work ethic, flexible, dependable, positive can-do attitude, and team motivator.
