Finance Manager

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to become a key player in our team, directly supporting the CFO. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of our financial operations, managing fundraising efforts, evaluating fund returns, and driving investor reporting. You’ll take ownership of quarterly and annual financial statements, dive deep into the Credit business, and navigate complex investment structures, tackling tax, legal, and accounting challenges along the way.

As the Finance Manager, you’ll lead the year-end audit process, collaborate with top-tier external accountants, and conduct comprehensive reviews of balance sheets and income statements. This is your chance to work hands-on with the intricacies of the Credit market while influencing key financial decisions.

We’re looking for candidates with 6-12 years of experience in Investment Advisory or public accounting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Experience with private credit or fixed-income asset classes is highly desirable, and familiarity with tax and Australian Trust structures will set you apart. You’ll need to be proactive, a problem-solver, and an effective communicator, working with diverse stakeholders to achieve success. A strong background in accounting or finance is essential, and having a CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification will give you an edge.
