  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Our client is a fast-growing CPG brand based in LA that is building a great presence in their space. They are looking for a Senior Manager/Director of Procurement who will focus on leading procurement, supply chain management, and contract manufacturing, while growing a procurement team. You’ll work closely with various internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing to purchasing
  • Assess, select, and onboard suppliers to meet both current and future needs
  • Lead initiatives for purchasing, tracking, and enhancing supplier performance
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions
  • Manage quality control, testing, and freight readiness
  • Develop KPIs and performance reports for procurement and suppliers
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance teams to optimize processes
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a procurement team as the organization grows

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a related field
  • Expert Excel Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience in CPG, startups, or e-commerce is an advantage
