Team EJP is currently seeking a Division Manager to join us on-site at our brand-new location in Huber Heights, Ohio!

The position of Division Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the employees at the Huber Heights division. The Division Manager must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's core values, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The Division Manager is also ultimately responsible for the profit and loss/financial success of the division.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that you as an individual are “living out” and holding accountable your teammates to the core values that provide the foundation for all that we do in our various roles and responsibilities daily.
  • Embraces change and demonstrates dedication to continuous improvement to drive business results.
  • Exceeds customer expectations – Demonstrates the highest possible customer service (both internal and external).
  • Purchasing and inventory control
  • Employee Relations, management, and performance reviews
  • Equipment and Building Maintenance
  • Customer service and support, sales calls, estimating, and bids.
  • Payroll (Timecard review and submission to the payroll department)
  • Meeting Margin and Sales Goals (Prophix)
  • Accounts receivable/daily sales audits and edits
  • Management of Operating Expenses to Budget

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to write clearly and succinctly.
  • Understanding of budgeting and basic accounting principles
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and fluent other appropriate office software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
  • Takes initiative and is self-motivated.
  • Responsive and follows tasks through to completion.
  • Team player and collaborator
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High School / vocational / college degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred. Prior experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.
