Title: Tradeshow and Events Coordinator
Duration: 1 year long contract
Pay Rate: $32-$35/hour (Exact rate decided after interview)
Location: Onsite (92121) 5 days a week to start, potential to have a hybrid schedule in the future (hours 8:30-5:30)
Day to Day
- Assist Brand Experience team in planning meetings and industry tradeshow and or conference initiatives.
- Work directly with the Brand Experience Managers to engage with internal product marketing teams and other internal departments through the planning and execution phases.
- Participate in coordination of tradeshow-related logistics including pre-planning e.g. exhibitor badges, show services, marketing materials, accommodations e.g. room list, transportation, shipping and post-show survey deployment and analysis
- Assist in executing all logistical details necessary to successfully plan meetings and or events such as, sales training, advisory board meetings, sales team POAs, and faculty forum meetings
- Assist with managing budgets and tracking costs, as they are committed and processing purchase requisitions per show and or event
Must Haves
- 1-3 years of event management experience in a faced paced environment
- Ability to be flexible, deadline driven, and juggle multiple projects at once
