  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. This position offers a 50% remote work arrangement. If you're looking for a new and exciting opportunity, we encourage you to submit your application today!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review employer data reports provided by business analysts, ESU team and update the data to meet project goals
  • May need to contact employers to confirm various employer data elements
  • Monitor employer data regularly and advise project business analysts and ESU team of the updates needed to maintain clean employer database
  • Address and resolve incidents and requests; logs and/or updates all incidents and requests; engage other service desk resources, job aids, newsletter articles, or appropriate project

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience MS Office and SharePoint
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, and a customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to identify, interpret and translate business process training for appropriate audiences
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of family court and child support experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
