Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Title: LCM Reporting Analyst

Primary Purpose:

The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Analyst supports the implementation of the Life Cycle Management team, with the primary goal of gathering and analyzing asset data, determining End of Life, End of Support and Technical debt. Partners with IT Asset Management, in the analysis and validation of LCM/CMBD data to determine LCM Roadmap. Works closely with Infrastructure and Solutions Delivery teams quarterly to review LCM investment recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement Life Cycle Management program
  • Analyze and research asset data
  • Identify EOL, Technical Debt and investment priorities
  • Develop Technical Debt Roadmap
  • Identify benefits and risks
  • Prioritize investments
  • Socialize Life Cycle Management program/strategy to IT/Business leadership
  • Ensure that the functions are performed in accordance to established policies and procedures
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Identify, resolve and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in large, enterprise organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT experience in Retail environment
  • Technical Undergraduate degree
  • Experience working with technology such as IT hardware, software, operating systems, databases, applications
  • Familiarity with CMDBs
  • Service Now tool experience preferred or demonstrated work experience with other like industry tool suites
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
