POSITION SUMMARY
Must have: Macess or FIS Workflow Manager experience
Job Description:
- Working with clients teams to get business requirements for Provider implementations, new networks, changes to the downstream system and document impacts;
- Creating Test case documents, validating the test cases with the business;
- Using Jira to create, track and close defects that are identified in the test cycle;
- Validating changes made by the developer based on the requirement, perform Integration testing;
- Creating test data for all scenarios documented and running it through end to end process;
- Working with the Business team to identify areas of impact for any scheduled activity;
- Working with the Enterprise team for any clarifications required on the newly required functionality requested by the business team to find solutions or workarounds and implement; and
- Getting signoff on the approved requirements from the business and schedule for development, test and implementation.
Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of health care industry issues and insurance terminology.
- Aptitude to proactively collect and interpret facts, identify and define vulnerabilities, and initiate opportunities and solutions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skill sets that enable one to set and meet deadlines/timeframes.
- Working knowledge of and experience with industry regulatory portals.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Working knowledge of Westlaw or other legal research databases.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint.
- Ability to build trust through organizational savvy and interpersonal skills, allowing for ease of collaboration and communication.
- Ability to learn through embracing challenges, persisting in the face of setbacks, and processing constructive feedback.
